Who should have access to my company’s Customer Portal?


Your company’s SmartDocs Customer Portal should only be accessed by one or two people who are responsible for administering SmartDocs, including an Accounts Payable contact. The information within your Customer Portal is specific to your company’s financial and licensing arrangements with 36Software. Your company will be provided with a single login which will be shared only with the designated individuals.
